Noooes! I was thinking about maybe just cutting the hand/polaroid out & just using that for something. But Lauer was all 'RAWRG ME WANT BACKGROUND!'.. so, that plan is canceled out. :/ Thank you.

magnificent colors...it puzzles me as to how a human could make something so beautifully colored by hand. And not only the eye, but I think the whole thing looks fantastic. And for a way to make the hand not blend in, the idea came to me that maybe you should have the rest of the face and background made of more photos on top of each other, but they're all forming one picture(the face, of course) but perhaps that would ruin the purpose of the first photo, because you wanted it to be the focus of the whole picture?

Ooh. You're playing with colors. And pens. Good mix! I like the eye a lot. It's purty. I think you could do the face in black micron if you make it lighter than the hand (but still with contrast) I don't think that'll necessarily blend in too much (especially if you do it in a different texture too).

Thank you! That's a good idea. I'm still not exactly sure what I'm going to do. I was thinking maybe cutting it out, and placing it on a black piece of paper, and drawing the face in white china markers?

Thank you. I'll definitely use a different texture- that's a good idea. I'm just not really sure what particular media I should use. Do you think it'd look strange if the rest wasn't in pen?

First off, everyone here at deviantART would like to say THANK YOU!!! We have received an overwhelming amount of enthusiasm for the launch of version 6 and believe that this has been our best-received launch to date.
You might even be one hell of a profesional, but if you don't SHOW it and PROVE it, how will everyone know? These facts are important not only when you are looking for a job, but in any situation when you wish to showcase your work. I decided to share a few guidelines that might help you give the best of yourself and help you be a better profesional.
